BE Athena provides bespoke hospitality consultancy. Whether you are opening a new venue or hotel or are diversifying your current business, we can help you flourish. We take a customized and collaborative approach with every client, finding the right language and identity that fits each project. Every venue presents a unique set of opportunities & challenges — our job is to define the puzzle pieces and how they work together.

We are happy to work alongside you at your venue, or remotely from our offices in Nashville & Atlanta, offering our expertise to support your business needs.

the foundation

Behind-the-scenes processes, policies and strategy are essential to establishing a strong foundation. What are you charging for your services and why? What are your venue policies? What’s in your bar package? If your venue could talk, what would it say? Who is your ideal client? We’ll help you with the basics (and not-so-basics) so you’re ready to hit the ground running at launch.
